Gander Truck Series

If you intend to compete in the Gander Truck Series or a similar event, it takes more than just putting gas in the vehicle and stomping the pedal to the floor. You are allowed to make a number of modifications to improve your chances. Much of the time, you'll need to have the parts for these mods custom-made since they're not available off-the-shelf.

                       

Getting the parts you need starts with developing plans for your metal fabrication company to work from. If you are able to make detailed plans on your own, great – you can just deliver them to the company for a quote or to have production started. Otherwise, you'll need to work with a qualified engineer to have the blueprints created. Either way, your specialized parts can be what allows you to win, so it's a worthwhile investment.
